Our gourmet tasting menù "il Completo" is ready. Is a fixed proposal that let you taste our kitchen's best.

The tasting menù will be wait on the full table and costs € 75,00 per person (drinks are not included)




Amuse bouche


Beef tartare, artichokes, bergamot, ricotta cheese and mustard ice-cream

Trout ravioli with yogurt cheese, turnips and lemon thymne infusion



First courses


Apple rehydrated spaghetti "Il Valentino", "Cher de Fascia" cheese and smoked pork

Aromatic herbs risotto, raw red prawns, toasted pine nuts and orange



Second course


Hay deer loin, porcini mushrooms, smoked potatoes and rhubarb
