The New Year's Eve dinner : a special menù has been made! This yoear with 6 pairing wines: all of them are white!



The proposal costs:

  • € 160_ per person. Drinks are not included.
  • € 200_ per persona. Drinks are incuded.

    • Moscato d'Asti 2020 - Paolo Saracco


Reservation, from 8th November, is required and will be confirmed with a € 60,00 prepay per person. The cancellation will not refund the prapay.

The menù is fixed: no variations admitted, sorry!

Service starts at 19.30. Any delay cause you to miss the dishes already served.

Half dish: Red turnip, quince, goat's milk

Hucho-hucho, black chickpeas, pak-choi with tosazu, strawberry confit rhubarb
